Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Doverph order. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Return window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. EU/UK consumers also benefit from the statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance sales, where applicable.
2. Eligible items
- Items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items — these are returned, replaced or refunded at our cost.
3. Non-returnable items
- Custom-cut, trimmed or made-to-measure sizes (for example, trim-to-fit blinds once cut to your window).
- Items removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example, shower curtain liners).
- Items that have been washed, installed or used.
4. How to start a return
Email support@doverph.shop with your order number and the items concerned. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions and the return address.
5. Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility; we recommend a tracked service as we can't refund items that don't reach us. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied. You'll receive an email when your refund is processed.
7. Damaged or faulty on arrival
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping.
