These Terms of Service govern your use of doverph.shop and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who you're dealing with

The store is operated by DOVER PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED (“Doverph”), company no. 04359378, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: The Swallows Howlett End, Wimbish, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 2XW, United Kingdom. Contact: support@doverph.shop, +44 7817 499671. Doverph is the seller of record for all orders.

2. Products

We sell curtains, blinds, bath textiles and related hardware. We describe each item — including material, dimensions, care and fire-safety information — as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly with your screen. Our textiles carry original designs only and are not treated as flame-retardant unless explicitly stated.

3. Prices & payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
• The total payable, including shipping, is shown before you pay. Import duties and taxes are not included and are your responsibility.
• Payment is taken securely via Stripe and PayPal. Card statements show DOVERPH.SHOP.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

5. Delivery & risk

We ship worldwide per our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must be at least 18 (or have a guardian's consent) to purchase.

8. Intellectual property

All site content — text, imagery, designs and the Doverph name — belongs to DOVER PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
